Please fill out this form and click submit to join our Loaves and Fishes meal team. Loaves and Fishes provides meals to our church membership during times of surgery, birth, homebound, or special needs. Once you have registered, you will be added to a team/district based upon the location of where you live. When a need arises we will send out a link (via text and email) that shows the details related to who is in need of meals. This will tell you the person's name, food allergies, dietary restrictions, number of people in the household, and delivery instructions. At this point you can click which day or days you would like to deliver food. Loaves and Fishes also provide post cards for you to write a little note of encouragement to the person you are delivering food too. These can be obtained at church.
