Community Event - An event that is open to the entire community, usually evangelistic in nature. These are our largest events of the year.

Inner Church Event - An event that is intended to involve or effects every family at Crossroads.

Ministry Event - An event that is for a specific ministry or group of people within Crossroads.

ACA Event - An event for Augusta Christian Academy.

Private Event - A private event for a select group of people.

The earlier you place your request, the more likely we will be able to give you your preferred date. 

Community events are planned by the church staff a year in advance.

For Inner Church Events, you must request the date a minimum of 8 weeks prior, but preferrably 12 weeks prior.

For Ministry Events, you must request the date a minimum of 4 weeks prior, but preferrably 8-12 weeks prior.

For Private Events, the lead time varies depending on the nature of the event and the space needed, but a minimum of 6 weeks is required.

Someone will contact you to let you know if your request was approved and if any adjustments need to be made to accommodate your request.
