Master Clubs PreK-K Registration 2024-25

$20 covers registration for one child. Any family with additional children is only required to pay $30 for two or more children. This covers the cost of attendance, books and awards/patches. You will also have the option to purchase additional items throughout the year, such as vests for patches, pine cars for the pine car derby, etc...

By submitting this form I give this church permission to photograph and video my child for Master Clubs
purposes. I understand these photos and videos may be used for various activities, events, recognition,
promotional material and church history records.

Master Clubs is a discipleship program for kids. In an effort to provide the best possible experience for our kids, we do ask parents to contribute to help offset the cost of the book and badges.
If you would like a vest/banner for your child, they are an additional $10 each. Ask your Master Clubs teacher or director for details.
